I would just like to say thank you for the exceptional service I received from your staff after booking my CR-V in for a misfire. An appointment was made the same day I arrived early and was seen to within minutes, I was only there 30 minutes in that time the mechanic had test driven car diagnosed fault and applied software update which up to now seems to have solved misfire. I had a problem with my Honda Jazz not starting after filling up with fuel. I immediately telephoned Vertu Boston Honda for their thoughts, and they asked me to bring it in to be checked over. As usual so caring, and within the hour I was told there was a fault on my battery which was immediately replaced. Nothing seems too much trouble. I shall certainly go back to Vertu Boston Honda for my next car.
