I would just like to say thank you for the exceptional service I received from your staff after booking my CR-V in for a misfire. An appointment was made the same day I arrived early and was seen to within minutes, I was only there 30 minutes in that time the mechanic had test driven car diagnosed fault and applied software update which up to now seems to have solved misfire. I'd just like to thank Zack who is one of the technicians at the garage. My car had started making an angry growling noise which was hard to explain. Even though he hasn't been able to witness the noise himself he didn't give up and came on a drive with me to enable him to hear the growling. He didn't laugh at my explanations and was attentive throughout. Once he'd heard the noise he quickly worked with the rest of the team to diagnose and fix the fault. Great service all round.
