May I take this opportunity to thank your sales representative for their outstanding service throughout my purchase of the car. Seldom does anyone come across a more friendly, honest and professional individual who was prepared to go beyond their normal duties to ensure the absolute satisfaction of this customer. All the minor work we asked for was done to a very high standard without question....a very different experience from many of the other sales representatives I have encountered in the search for a car. They even came in on their day off to ensure that we were completely happy with the car. A Sales Executive who is going to sell the dealership many cars because of their excellent customer relations, keeping me updated on the progress of the car at all times, they are an absolute credit to the dealership. The Sales Advisor has been extremely professional and was genuinely interested in helping me during a difficult time with my vehicle. They went above and beyond to assist me, even when it came to a query about removing my private plates due to having difficulties when my car was returned to the garage. I would like to point out they were not even my sales advisor for my vehicle, yet still did their best to help. They definitely deserve credit for their customer service skills.

I brought my car in at about 8:30 on Friday and spent until 13:30 in your showroom waiting area working with your internet connection. I must compliment all the staff I dealt with. They were courteous to me, other customers and each other and it seemed a really friendly place to work.
I would like to take this time to appreciate the Fleet Manager at Nottingham North VW. I was getting no where trying to find out information as to what was holding up my delivery of my new Golf through the lease company. I decided to contact the dealership directly and was put through to the Fleet Manager. They looked at the issue straight away and resolved everything that was holding it up, keeping me informed along the way. I even received my updated financial agreement forms later that day. I appreciate that times are tough due to the uncertain times and staffing pressures due to the slow relaxing of the lock down which, for me makes the response made by the Fleet Manager and their professionalism even more impressive. Hello, my car developed a problem towards the end of its extended warranty. The team at Skipton reviewed the problem, agreed that it needed fixing, and sorted it out without any quibble at all, everyone was extremely efficient and accommodating. I bought my car largely because of the service I have received both from the sales person and manager. There were many other cars that could have tempted me but their attention to personal needs and listening to the customer was superior to almost all other dealerships that we visited. Well done!
Sir, I know most of the time people only get in touch to complain, however I feel you should know about the excellent service I received at Mansfield parts department. We own four Volkswagens and do not need selling on the brand, but credit where credit is due, a parts advisor helped me resolve a parts order problem which a VW specialist � in Germany failed to resolve. And yes they were only doing their job, but with professionalism, courtesy and in a friendly manner and explaining how they had ensured I received the correct part. I thanked them for their help but felt compelled to write to you about their attitude towards myself as a customer which I felt to be fantastic. Kindest regards, Mark.

Having just purchased a new Tiguan from the dealership I thought that I should make a comment on how well I was treated by your sales rep, before, during and after the sale was concluded. From the moment they introduced themselves nothing was too much trouble, they were very professional and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in, and this resulted in my experience being a very positive one. I was taken through everything thoroughly e.g. the vehicle operation, infotainment system and the vehicle spec's etc. It is because of my experience at your dealership, that I would certainly recommend Volkswagen and this dealership to friends and relatives.
I purchased a car from a sales person last April and rang them on Tuesday as my sister was looking to purchase a Polo. Once again the service we have received from them has been outstanding. They were extremely helpful and my sister bought a car from them on Tuesday afternoon.
