Fault or Not, We Can Help
If the accident is not your fault, our advisors will book your vehicle into an approved accident repair centre and arrange an estimate. Once approved, the repair can go ahead.
In the meantime, you’ll be provided with a complimentary like-for-like courtesy car so you can get back on the road in no time.
If you are at fault for the accident, we will arrange approval from your insurer before proceeding. While your car is being repaired, a courtesy car can also be provided, however a like-for-like equivalent vehicle is not guaranteed.
