⁠Vertu YouTube 10,000 Subscribers Giveaway | Terms and Conditions

This prize draw giveaway is provided by Vertu Motors plc, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 05984855) whose registered office is at Vertu House, Fifth Avenue Business Park, Team Valley, Gateshead, Tyne & Wear, NE11 0XA (Vertu). Entrants agree to these terms and conditions (Terms and Conditions) and any information or guidance published by Vertu forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

1. PRIZE: There are six (6) prizes available;Each prize consists of one

(1) free Vertu Summer Vehicle Check, normally priced at £39.99–£49.99 depending on the Vertu dealership, redeemable at a participating Vertu dealership. The prize is non transferable, non exchangeable, no cash alternative is available and is subject to availability at participating Vertu dealerships.

2. ELIGIBILITY: This prize draw giveaway is free to enter (and no

purchase is necessary) and is open to UK residents over the age of 18; Employees of: (i) Vertu or its affiliates; and (ii) Vertu’s advertising or promotion agencies, are not eligible to enter this prize draw giveaway nor are members of these employees’ families (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse and life partners).

3. ENTRY PERIOD: Entries must be submitted by 23:59 (BST) on 7 June 2026 (Giveaway Deadline). Any entries received after this time will not be valid.

4. HOW TO ENTER: To enter, eligible participants must leave a comment on the official Vertu YouTube giveaway video answering the question: “What is your favourite summer road trip song?” before the Giveaway Deadline. Entrants may only enter once and must only enter on their own behalf. Entrants must comply with the YouTube Community ⁠Guidelines: https://www.youtube.com/howyoutubeworks/policies/community-guidelines/ and with all applicable laws and regulations. Entries that are incomplete, offensive, unlawful, or not compliant with these Terms and Conditions or YouTube’s rules may be disqualified at Vertu’s discretion (acting reasonably and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions).

5. WINNER SELECTION, NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION: Six (6) winners will be selected at random from all valid entries by Vertu. The draw will take place on 8 June 2026. Vertu will make reasonable efforts to notify winners by replying publicly to the winning YouTube comment(s). Due to YouTube’s platform functionality, the YouTube account used to enter will be deemed the entrant and the winners will be asked to contact Vertu either: by direct message to the official Vertu Motors Instagram account, or

by email to a designated Vertu Motors email address (details will be provided in the reply).

To prevent impersonation, winners must complete a simple verification step. This will require the individual who contacts Vertu by email or Instagram direct message to reply to the original winning YouTube comment with the phrase “Thank you Vertu!”. Failure to complete the verification process within 72 hours (or at all) may result in the prize being forfeited and awarded to an alternative winner therefore they will cease to be entitled to their prize. Vertu will never ask winners for payment details, passwords or unrelated personal information.

6. PRIZE FULFILMENT: Once verified, the winner will be provided with instructions on how to redeem their free Summer Vehicle Check and asked to confirm their preferred Vertu dealership. The Summer Vehicle Check must be redeemed in accordance with standard booking availability at the selected Vertu dealership and must be redeemed within two (2) months of notification.

7. PERSONAL DATA: No personal data will be collected publicly via YouTube comments other than the entrant’s publicly visible username. Any personal data provided by winners after notification (for example via email or Instagram direct message) will be used solely for the purpose of administering this prize draw and delivering the prize. Personal data is processed on the basis of Vertu’s legitimate interests in administering the prize draw and in accordance with Vertu’s Privacy Policy, available at: https://www.vertumotors.com/privacy-policy/.

8. PLATFORM DISCLAIMER: This prize draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or associated with YouTube. YouTube is not responsible for the administration of this prize draw or the awarding of any prize. By entering, entrants agree to release YouTube from any liability related to this prize draw. 9. SPIRIT OF THE PRIZE DRAW GIVEAWAY: If an entrant attempts to compromise the integrity or the legitimate operation of this prize draw giveaway by cheating or committing fraud in any way, Vertu may seek damages from that entrant to the fullest extent permitted by law. Further, Vertu will disqualify that entrant’s entry to this prize draw giveaway and may ban the entrant from participating in any future giveaways, promotions or competitions run by Vertu or any of its affiliates.

10. GENERAL: No correspondence will be entered into regarding this prize draw giveaway or these Terms and Conditions. In the unlikely event of a dispute, Vertu’s decision shall be final. Vertu reserves the right to amend, modify, cancel or withdraw this prize draw giveaway at any time and for any reason, without notice. Vertu reserves the right to disqualify any entry that it reasonably believes violates these Terms and Conditions or compromises the integrity of the prize draw. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits Vertu’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot be excluded by law.

11. LAW AND JURISDICTION: This prize draw giveaway and these Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. Entrants irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this prize draw giveaway and these Terms and Conditions or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims).

1) PRIZE: One (1) winner will win a brand-new Ford Puma Gen E Select in the colour Digital Aqua Blue (Car). There is no alternative prize, and the Car cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize. The Car will be registered by Vertu to the winner and cannot be registered to anyone else. 7-day drive away insurance will be included, together with the first year’s road tax, but thereafter the winner will be required to tax, and arrange their own insurance for, the Car. A mutually convenient Vertu dealership or alternative location will be agreed with the winner for the Car to be handed over.

2) ELIGIBILITY: This car giveaway is free to enter (and no purchase is necessary) and is open to any person resident in the UK who is over the age of 18. Employees of: (i) Vertu or its affiliates; and (ii) Vertu’s advertising or promotion agencies, are not eligible to enter this car giveaway nor are members of these employees’ families (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse and life partners).

3) TIMING: This car giveaway runs from 9:00 on 8 th April 2026 until 23:59 on 30th June 2026 (Giveaway Deadline).

4) ENTRY: To enter you must visit www.vertumotors.com/car-giveaway/ and enter your details before the Giveaway Deadline for your chance to win the Car. The following details are required for entry: name, email address, mobile telephone number and home address including postcode.

Entrants may only enter once and must only enter on their own behalf. Entries will be ineligible if they are incomplete, are found to be part of an attempt to enter multiple times, violate the rights of any other person or entity or are

received after the Giveaway Deadline. Vertu is not responsible for any failure or inability to enter. Vertu reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who it considers (at its absolute discretion) has violated these Terms and Conditions.

5) SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNER: The winner of the Car will be chosen at random by Vertu at its absolute discretion within 10 (ten) working days following the Giveaway Deadline. The winner will be notified by Vertu via email. If the winner does not respond to the email within seventy-two (72) hours, another winner may be selected to replace them with the effect that they will cease to be entitled to the Car. The winner will need to complete various Vertu documents relating to the Car before handover and may be asked to provide identification and any other documents as may be necessary to prove their eligibility before they are entitled to receive the Car.

6) USE OF YOUR ENTRY: The winner of the Car consents to partaking in Vertu PR/social media activity in relation to this car giveaway (including but not limited to his/her full name being made publicly available and posted on social media as the winner). Any other personal data entrants provide when entering may be used for future Vertu and any affiliated company’s marketing activities only if you indicate your consent to such activity. Otherwise, this personal data will be used by Vertu and agents acting on its behalf only for the operation of, and in connection with, this car giveaway.

7) OTHER: No correspondence will be entered into regarding this car giveaway or these Terms and Conditions. In the unlikely event of a dispute, Vertu’s decision shall be final. By entering this competition participants agree to these terms and conditions (Terms) and any information or guidance published by Vertu form part of these Terms.

2) COMPETITION AND THE PRIZE: One (1) winner [JB4.1]will receive one pair of race weekend entry and MINI Challenge hospitality tickets (Prize). The specific event, circuit, dates and hospitality arrangements are subject to availability and will be confirmed to the winner following the prize draw.

The Prize is strictly non transferable, non refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative, nor sold or transferred to any third party. The Prize does not include travel, accommodation, food, drink or any other expenses (other than the MINI Challenge hospitality), which remain the sole responsibility of the winner. 4) HOW TO ENTER: Entry is free and is available via completion of the online entry form on Vertu’s website at www.vertumotors.com during the Promotion Period. Only one entry per person is permitted. Entries must be submitted in the entrant’s own name. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, late, corrupted or not submitted in accordance with these Terms will be deemed invalid.

5) ELIGIBILITY: This competition is open to members of the general public who are resident in the UK and aged 18 or over at the date of entry. Employees, workers, contractors or colleagues of Vertu, its affiliates, promotion agencies, or Total Track Limited are not eligible, nor are members of these employees’ families (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse and life partners). Vertu reserves the right to verify eligibility and to disqualify any entrant who does not comply with these Terms.

6) SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNER: The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period. The winner will be notified using the contact details provided at entry as soon as reasonably practicable following the draw. If the selected winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within seventy two (72) hours of reasonable contact attempts, Vertu reserves the right to select an alternative winner and the original winner will forfeit any entitlement to the Prize. 7) PRIZE CONDITIONS AND ATTENDANCE: Attendance at the race weekend and hospitality areas is subject to the terms, conditions and rules of the relevant circuit operator, event organiser and hospitality provider. Winners may be required to provide photo ID and any other documents required by the Organisers to claim the Prize.

The winner and any guest(s) attending the circuit to enjoy the Prize must comply with all applicable policies, rules and reasonable instructions provided by the Organisers and it is the responsibility of the winner and their guest(s) to ensure that they read applicable terms of entry. The Organisers reserve the right to remove any entrant or winner (and/or their permitted guests) for failing to comply with those policies, rules or instructions or otherwise behaving in an inappropriate manner. Winners are responsible for the behaviour of their guests. Vertu is not the organiser or operator of the event, circuit or hospitality and accepts no responsibility for their acts or omissions.

8) DATA PROTECTION: Personal data supplied in connection with this competition will be processed by Vertu for the purposes of administering the competition and awarding the Prize. Entrants’ personal data will not be used for marketing purposes unless separate consent has been provided. The Prize is strictly non transferable, non refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative, nor sold or transferred to any third party. The Prize does not include travel, accommodation, food, drink or any other expenses, which remain the sole responsibility of the winner. Attendance at the awards event is subject to the terms, conditions, rules and reasonable instructions of the event organiser and/or venue.

3) PROMOTION PERIOD: The competition opens on 18 May and closes at 23:59 GMT on 1 November 2026 (Promotion Period). The prize draw will take place on 2 November 2026.

4) HOW TO ENTER: Entry is free and open only to eligible entrants who, during the Promotion Period: (1) tag Vertu in, or re‑share, a Vertu post on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok or X; and (2) email a screenshot clearly showing the relevant post to marketingevents@vertumotors.com. 5) ELIGIBILITY: This competition is open only to individuals who are registered MINI Challenge drivers at the time of entry. Entrants must also be resident in the United Kingdom. Entrants under the age of 18 may enter the competition provided that a parent or legal guardian consents to their participation and acceptance of the Prize. Where an entrant under the age of 18 is selected as the winner, Vertu reserves the right to require written parental or legal guardian consent (in a form acceptable to Vertu) before confirming the Prize. If such consent is not provided within a reasonable time, Vertu reserves the right to withdraw the Prize and select an alternative winner[JB3.1]. Vertu reserves the right to verify eligibility (including confirmation of MINI Challenge driver status) and to disqualify any entrant who does not comply with these Terms.

7) PRIZE CONDITIONS AND PARTICIPATION: Attendance at the End of Season Awards is subject to the rules and conditions of the event organiser and venue. Alcoholic drinks are not included as part of the Prize. Any consumption of alcohol is subject to applicable law and the policies of the event organiser and venue. Entrants under the age of 18 may be subject to additional restrictions imposed by the event organiser or venue and must comply with all applicable supervision requirements. Failure to do so may result in refusal of entry or removal from the event without compensation. 2) COMPETITION AND THE PRIZE: One (1) winner will receive a passenger ‘hot lap’ experience with MINI Challenge driver Tom Ovenden to take place at a motorsport circuit venue to be confirmed, on a date to be reasonably agreed with Total Track Limited and Tom Ovenden, subject to driver and track availability [JB2.1](Prize).

The Prize is strictly non transferable, non refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative, nor sold or transferred to any third party. The Prize does not include travel, accommodation, food, drink or any other expenses, which remain the sole responsibility of the winner. The Prize is subject to availability and to the terms, conditions, rules and reasonable instructions of the event organiser, circuit operator and/or experience provider (together the Organisers).

3) PROMOTION PERIOD: The competition opens on 9 May and closes at 23:59 GMT on 1 November 2026 (Promotion Period). The prize draw will take place on 2 November 2026.

4) HOW TO ENTER: Entry is free and is available to individuals who (1) order a new or used car [JB3.1] (by signature of an order form) from Vertu via a MINI Challenge referral during the Promotion Period; and (2) take delivery of the ordered car [within 5 weeks of order[JB4.1]] or such later date as Vertu may agree acting reasonably. Each person may submit one entry only per qualifying order, and entries must be made in the entrant’s own name. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, late, corrupted or not submitted in accordance with these Terms will be deemed invalid.

5) ELIGIBILITY: This competition is open to any person resident in the UK who is over the age of 18 at the date of entry. A satisfactory motorsport declaration signed by a winner will be required for participation – a copy is available on request and winners may be required to provide current driver’s licence, photo ID and any other documents required by the event organiser, circuit operator and/or experience provider to claim the Prize.

Entrants in this competition agree that Vertu will have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, costs, damage, disappointment or losses of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly from acceptance, misuse or use of the Prize, or from participation in this Competition, save for liability which cannot be excluded by law (including death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud). Participants acknowledge that Vertu is not the operator of the circuit or driving experience.

Notwithstanding any other terms and conditions of this promotion (including all terms and conditions of the Organisers), no refunds or any other monetary compensation will be paid in relation to any Prize that a winner has won in this promotion where any event is rescheduled, postponed, delayed or cancelled (for whatever reason).

Vertu Motors – Summer Check Terms and Conditions

Offer available on Summer Checks booked between 1 May and 31 August 2026 at participating Vertu dealerships. The advertised price is valid at [DEALERSHIP_LOCATION] only. The Summer Check includes air conditioning decontamination and a Visual Health Check (VHC). The VHC is a visual inspection only of the following components: vehicle interior and controls, key fluid levels, lights, brakes, steering, tyres and suspension.

⁠⁠No mechanical repairs, adjustments or replacements are included. Any recommendations arising from the VHC are advisory only and will be quoted separately if requested.

⁠⁠Excludes vans, motorcycles and any other vehicle types not accepted by the participating dealership. Availability and pricing may vary between Vertu dealerships. The offer may be amended or withdrawn at any time prior to booking, but any confirmed bookings will be honoured at the price agreed at the time of booking.

Terms & Conditions for Vehicle Finance

We are a credit broker not a lender. Finance is subject to status and finance company acceptance. We will introduce you to a selected lender first. We may have an obligation to propose you to this lender first. If they are unable to make you an offer of finance, we will then introduce you to up to two further lenders in our panel. If our main panel of lenders do not make an offer of finance to you, we will offer to introduce you to Evolution Funding Limited who will endeavour to obtain a finance offer for you.

We are not an independent financial advisor and we are not impartial. We do not assess the wider market for finance, or provide any advice on whether the finance products we offer represent the best value you could obtain.

Commission arrangements are negotiated with our lenders in advance and do not give us any discretion to negotiate or adjust your annual percentage rate (APR) or any other item included in the total charge for credit. Unless a fixed rate is offered, the APR may vary according to your credit score or the amount you borrow. The value of the commission we will receive is set out in the Demands and Needs document we will provide to you. The commission paid to us is included within the cost of your finance. Some lenders may provide preferential rates to us for the funding of our vehicle stock or provide us with interest free loans.

Terms & Conditions for 14 Day Money-Back Guarantee

Applies to all used, ex-demonstrator and pre-registered cars. Customers can return the car to the dealership within 14 days from delivery/collection, if usage is under 500 miles, and receive a full refund (except for road fund licence which is refunded pro-rata directly by DVLA) and cancellation of any finance arranged through us, provided that it is returned in the same condition with all keys, manuals etc. The customer will be responsible for arranging return to the dealership and for any costs of doing so.

If the V5 has not yet been received by the customer and cannot be returned with the car, a sum of £250 shall be retained from the refund until such time as the original V5 is provided, or the dealership is able to submit the registered keeper change online.

Any part-exchange vehicles will be paid at the agreed valuation unless a return of the part-exchange vehicle is agreed. Any return of the part-exchange vehicle would be without any liability for the condition of the part-exchange. Excludes commercial vehicles and motorcycles.

Terms & Conditions for Home Delivery

Home delivery on used cars is free if you live under 30 miles from the Vertu Motors dealership where the vehicle is purchased. Any subsequent delivery cost is calculated at an additional £2 per mile over and above 30 miles.

Home delivery is only available Monday - Friday and across mainland England, Wales and Scotland (subject to the delivery location being accessible). The following locations are excluded from Home Delivery: Northern Ireland, Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Orkney Isles, Outer and Inner Hebrides, Western Isles, Shetland Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles and Channel Isles.

In order to protect against fraud (including identity theft) the following process will be followed:

- Customers are required to provide sight of their driver's licence prior to Home Delivery either (at Vertu Motors' absolute discretion) (i) by video call with the supplying dealership; or (ii) by prior arrangement in person at a local Vertu Motors dealership.

- Home Delivery will be to the customer address on the Vehicle Order Form which must match the address on the customer's driver's licence.

- The vehicle will be driven to the customer address by the supplying dealership (or its agent).

- Delivery of the vehicle will only be to the named customer and their driver's licence must be available to be re-checked on delivery.

Terms & Conditions for Reserve Online

On successful payment of the reservation fee, we will reserve your chosen vehicle (the Vehicle) for you for 48 hours (the Reservation Period) to enable you to speak to one of our sales advisors. If you make an appointment within the Reservation Period, we will reserve the Vehicle for you until the time of your appointment and extend the Reservation Period until your appointment.

If you have not made an appointment with the selling dealership within 48 hours to discuss the Vehicle, or you do not attend an agreed appointment within 7 days, the Reservation Period will end, your reservation will be cancelled, and your reservation fee will be refunded to you.

There is no obligation for you to buy the Vehicle, or for us to sell the Vehicle, because of the reservation fee payment. When we receive the reservation fee in cleared funds, we will reserve the Vehicle for you and prevent its sale to a third party for the duration of the Reservation Period. You will receive a confirmation email once the reservation is effective. If you do not receive a confirmation email, then your reservation has not been made effective, so please contact us for assistance.

There may be circumstances when the Vehicle has already been sold (before your reservation fee is paid) but the website has not yet been updated. If this occurs, we will contact you to confirm your reservation has been cancelled and to see if we can find an alternative vehicle for you. Your reservation fee will be refunded.

If you do not make arrangements with the dealership within 48 hours, or if you do not attend an agreed appointment within 7 days of placing your reservation, the Reservation Period will end, and your reservation will be cancelled, with your reservation fee refunded.

If you attend an appointment to discuss the Vehicle and decide not to proceed, the Reservation Period will end. If you purchase the Vehicle at that appointment, your reservation fee will be retained by us as part-payment towards the Vehicle and will be treated as a deposit for the Vehicle. If the Vehicle is not suitable, and you do not wish to purchase it, your reservation fee will be refunded to you.

We may cancel your reservation if you have reserved more than 2 vehicles at any one time, or if the Vehicle is withdrawn from sale for any reason. Your reservation fee will be refunded in either case.

Any refunds can only be processed by the same method as the original payment and to the same card. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of the request, or of cancellation of your reservation, or upon your confirmation that you do not wish to purchase the Vehicle.

We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the failure to comply with these terms, which is outside of our control, or for any loss or damage that was not foreseeable. We have no liability for any loss of profit, business, or business opportunity.

Aftersales Offer Terms and Conditions

Vehicles within manufacturer warranty at the date of service will be serviced in accordance with the relevant manufacturer's requirements. Vehicles no longer within manufacturer warranty at the date of service will be serviced in accordance with Vertu requirements.

The service offer covers the provision of labour and parts for the vehicle service but excludes:

1. the cost of spark plugs or fuel filters;

2. the replacement of any parts that wear out as a consequence of use and which would normally be expected to be replaced periodically, for example (but not limited to), brake pads and discs, wiper blades, tyres, clutch friction facings, cam belts, suspension components, DPF filters and brake fluid changes; and

3. any other work identified as part of a vehicle health check at the time of the service.

The following vehicles/vehicle ranges are excluded from the service offer:

1. Nissan - all commercial vehicles, the Nissan Navara and the Nismo, GTR and RS vehicle ranges.

2. Volkswagen - all vehicles 3 years of age or under, all vehicles with an engine size over 2.0 litres and the VW Golf R.

3. SKODA - all vehicles 3 years of age or under, the Skoda Kodiaq and all vehicles in the VRS range.

4. SEAT - all vehicles 3 years of age or under, the SEAT Terraco and all Cupra vehicles.

5. Hyundai - all vehicles 30 months of age or under, all vehicles with an engine size over 2.0 litres and all vehicles in the N range.

6. Peugeot - all vehicles 30 months of age or under.

Any service performed does not constitute a warranty of any kind and will not cover the replacement of parts which suffer a mechanical failure.

Conditions of valuations that we provide are based on the below:

1. You must have been the registered owner of the vehicle for a minimum of 6 months and be able to provide us with the logbook (V5c)

2. Your car must have a valid MOT certificate on the day of hand over

3. Your car is not an import and was first registered in the UK (mainland)

4. Your car has not been used as a taxi or by a driving school

5. Your car has not been in a major accident and has never been an insurance write off

6. Your car has 2 sets of keys

7. Where applicable the SatNav memory or Sim Card must be in the car

8. Vehicle must have a spare wheel with a legal tyre or where applicable a tyre inflation kit
