Your £99 refundable fee

If you decide to go ahead and buy, your £99 refundable fee is included as a part of the total purchase price of the vehicle. But if for any reason you decide not to purchase, your fee will be returned to you by the same payment method. With no questions asked.

Extending the reservation

You have paid your £99 reservation fee and your chosen car is waiting. Now it is time to complete your purchase. A member of our team will give you a call to arrange your purchase and to book your appointment with us. During the call, you can choose to continue by phone or in person at the dealership.

Whichever your preferred method your reservation will be automatically extended for up to 7 days until your appointment.

How will I know you've reserved my vehicle?

Once your £99 fee has cleared, we'll let you know with a confirmation email that it's now reserved for 48 hours. In the very rare event that the vehicle was sold moments before your fee cleared, we'll refund your refundable fee and get in touch to discuss alternative vehicles.

How soon do I need to make an appointment?

If you're still interested in the vehicle you've reserved, you need to make an appointment with our Click2Drive team or the dealership selling the vehicle to discuss your purchase. This can be a phone appointment or a visit to the showroom. All we ask is that your appointment date must be within seven days of your original reservation.

When I make an appointment, am I under any obligation to buy?

Not at all. Your appointment will enable you to examine the vehicle, take a test drive or if it's a phone appointment, ask further questions about it. If you decide not to go ahead, there's no obligation on your part and your fee will be returned.

Can I reserve more than one vehicle?

Sorry, no. We can only offer one 48-hour no obligation reservation per person.

How soon do I get my refundable fee back if I decide not to buy?

If you cancel the reservation, or if we don't hear from you within 48 hours, your refundable fee will be returned to you by the original payment method you used. This will be repaid within 7 days of cancellation.

Can I include a part exchange if I reserve online?

You can select from a wide range of finance methods including part exchange, as well as adding accessories to your chosen vehicle. All the features of our trusted Click2Drive service are open to you. You can discuss all this and more during your appointment with our advisors or the dealership sales team.

What if the dealership is a long way from my home?

There's no need to visit the dealership to make your purchase - our Click2Drive online service already has thousands of satisfied customers. Simply arrange a phone appointment with one of our expert Click2Drive advisors. They can answer all your questions, help you decide how you'll finance the purchase and even arrange home delivery (T&Cs apply). All from the comfort of your home!
