^{1) PROMOTION: The “Monthly Giveaway” is a free to enter, ongoing monthly prize draw operated by selected Vertu Ducati and BMW Motorrad dealerships for a chance to win motorcycle merchandise. Each calendar month constitutes a separate prize draw.}

^{Each participating dealership will award one (1) prize per calendar month. Prizes will consist of merchandise items (which may include surplus or discontinued merchandise). The specific prize may vary from month to month and will be clearly described at the point of entry. There is no cash alternative and prizes are non‑transferable.}

^{2) ELIGIBILITY: This promotion is free to enter (and no purchase is necessary) and is open to any person resident in the UK who is over the age of 18. Employees of: (i) Vertu or its affiliates; and (ii) Vertu’s advertising or promotion agencies, are not eligible to enter this promotion nor are members of these employees’ families (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse and life partners).}

^{3) ENTRY PERIOD: Entries open at 00:01 on the first day of each calendar month and close at 23:59 on the last day of that month (Monthly Entry Period). Entries do not roll over into subsequent months.}

^{4) ENTRY: To enter you must visit: https://www.vertumotors.com/motorcycles/competition/ and complete the competition form by entering your details and following the instructions provided during the relevant Monthly Entry Period for your chance to win. The following details are required for entry: title, name, email address, telephone number and postcode.}

^{Entrants may only enter once per Monthly Entry Period and must only enter on their own behalf. Entries will be ineligible if they are incomplete, are found to be part of an attempt to enter multiple times per Monthly Entry Period, violate the rights of any other person. Vertu is not responsible for any failure or inability to enter. Vertu reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who it considers (at its absolute discretion) has violated these Terms and Conditions.}

^{5) SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNER: One winner per participating dealership will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the relevant Monthly Entry Period. The draw will take place within ten (10) working days of the end of the relevant Monthly Entry Period. Winners will be notified using the contact details provided at entry. If a winner does not respond within seventy-two (72) hours of notification, Vertu reserves the right to select an alternative winner.}

^{6) USE OF WINNERS’ DETAILS: The winners consent to partaking in Vertu PR/social media activity in relation to this promotion (including but not limited to his/her full name being made publicly available and posted on social media as the winner). ^{Entrants in this promotion agree that Vertu will have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, costs, damage, disappointment or losses of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in this car giveaway. Nothing in this clause shall limit Vertu’s liability in respect of death or personal injury arising out of its own negligence or liability arising out of Vertu’s fraud.}
