I would just like to say thank you for the exceptional service I received from your staff after booking my CR-V in for a misfire. An appointment was made the same day I arrived early and was seen to within minutes, I was only there 30 minutes in that time the mechanic had test driven car diagnosed fault and applied software update which up to now seems to have solved misfire. I would like to put on record my thanks and appreciation to the service team at Newcastle Honda, not forgetting the technician who completed the work. The car is now running fine and was spotless when I picked it up. There appears to be a really good team spirit at Honda, unlike some other makers garages I have encountered, where they tend to look down theirs noses at you, not at Honda, it's warm and friendly with a very helpful attitude. From the moment you walk in the show room you are made to feel welcome and most importantly the people know their stuff and appear to be proud of what they do and who they represent, keep it up as it greatly appreciated and has been a pleasure to deal with this garage.
