I would just like to say thank you for the exceptional service I received from your staff after booking my CR-V in for a misfire. An appointment was made the same day I arrived early and was seen to within minutes, I was only there 30 minutes in that time the mechanic had test driven car diagnosed fault and applied software update which up to now seems to have solved misfire. I would like to say that I am thrilled to bits with my new car. I did a lot of research into what I wanted with my new car, having two Honda Jazzs previously.

John is a credit to the dealership. He went to the extra mile to make our whole purchasing experience a pleasure.
