I would just like to say thank you for the exceptional service I received from your staff after booking my CR-V in for a misfire. An appointment was made the same day I arrived early and was seen to within minutes, I was only there 30 minutes in that time the mechanic had test driven car diagnosed fault and applied software update which up to now seems to have solved misfire. Many thanks once again.

We were met by Margaret, and we hit it off immediately,her humour matched ours, nothing was pushed onto us, she listened to us, and the banter between us, kept everything at a nice low key level, we knew which car we wanted, so Margaret just filled in the paperwork, persuaded, us both to have a test drive, which was the final swing point, in deciding to go ahead, the banter continued as I said I was feeling drained as the funds were transferred from my bank, Margaret from Durham is a gem
