I just want to say that the customer service I had yesterday from Newcastle Honda in relation to my MOT was fantastic. The team could not have been more helpful, both in providing a courtesy car, and then bringing my car back to my workplace.
As usual, the service I received yesterday was your normal 5 star. Exceptional staff care (whilst I was waiting at the service desk for my car to be brought back no fewer than 5 different members of staff asked me if I was OK and if I was being attended to). Everything had been done as promised (it was a 75000 mile service) and as usual the Gold Standard Valeting I had was exceptional, and to make it better I received it at a discounted price. I always feel when I am driving the car home after service with you that it has been restored to as new new condition as is possible and that I am set for another year of trouble free motoring. Thank you once again. I cannot imagine myself driving any other make or using any other garage.
Very good courteous service provided by the dealer. I actually went in to the dealer 15 minutes before closing time on a Saturday evening thinking of getting an appointment for the following day. But, they were very much interested in promoting the CRV I was interested in and did not care about closing time. I ended having even a test drive beyond the closing time and ended up buying the car. This was first class and help me to stick with the trusted brand Honda again. I congratulate the dealership sales team on that.
I had my car serviced and the work which was carried out was exceptional and too a very high standard. My car was also cleaned and valeted before being returned to me which is very much appreciated. It is always nice to see a dealership go that extra mile.
I would just like to say how very pleased I am with your your staff in the Service Department Trudi, Neil and Hayley are lovely. Nothing is ever to much trouble for them. I even get my car valeted every time I come in. Even if its just to check something for me. Brilliant staff. Even when you walk in you get a smile and hello from Pam on reception. I would just like to say thank you for the exceptional service I received from your staff after booking my CR-V in for a misfire. An appointment was made the same day I arrived early and was seen to within minutes, I was only there 30 minutes in that time the mechanic had test driven car diagnosed fault and applied software update which up to now seems to have solved misfire. Many thanks once again.
I have purchased many cars over the years and I must say that the Honda Mansfield experience has to be the best. I purchased a Honda Civic, excellent car and Brent the salesman was a pleasure to deal with. I have used the service department for my previous vehicle and will continue to do so with my new one - very efficient team.

Your salesman was exceptional. He provided test drives in both petrol and diesel CRVs and nothing was too much trouble.
