We weren't looking forward to the task of buying a new car but, the staff at Honda Doncaster made it a lovely experience. We were treated with respect without the pushiness you often get with sales people. The Sales Executive was fantastic and explained everything clearly and answered all our questions.

From the day that I contacted the call centre which was in Newcastle the Sales Executive there was excellent, I was offered an appointment which suited me, they also advised me on the offers available. The member of staff on the reception desk was perfect, they answered my questions with knowledge. They also rang me when the car was ready, absolutely no faults to be found with the service I received today at the Nottingham dealership.

Just received my Smart car and I am so pleased, after purchasing at least ten Mercedes' cars from various dealerships in the UK, the service from the Sales Executive was exceptional, thank you.

Fab used car, I purchased a VW polo and the Sales Executive was awesome. Car was treated with the surface protection inside and outside. Car looked amazing. The after care was great too.
