The Sales Executive had a warm friendly manner and was very helpful and clear on the packages that were available on my budget. I purchased a Nissan Micra over my budget and because of the exceptional service that I received from her I was happy to commit to her to a higher budget. I would recommend Bristol Street Nissan Widnes to any of my friends as the service was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful and they treated me like a person and not a customer.

I want to say, though, how helpful your Sales Executive has been through the purchasing/exchange process. On the face of it the 140 miles or so that separated us geographically could have caused all sorts of problems - but in the event everything went without a hitch. He was clear, decisive and helpful throughout.
