Dear Sir, It is with pleasure I write to you with my thanks for excellent customer service. I called in to my local Honda Dealership at Mansfield with a problem regarding a �service light' showing on my Honda and that the car was �misting' up more than usual. Looking through the Honda handbook book it seemed that the problem lay with the pollen filter, so I changed it at my own expense, which cured the' misting' up problem. On speaking to Michelle (Service Advisor) she explained to me what the Service light problem was and that the car was due for an oil and filter change, she explained that the service light would also indicate if a pollen filter was required.Michelle took time and trouble to explain in detail how the variable service schedules work and should I have called in earlier would of saved me the expense of buying a pollen filter. That said, Michelle took a look at my car service light and explained what was needed, she booked the car in for the required work. We also agreed that the pollen filter should be replaced again as per schedule and that I would keep the new one I fitted as a spare. On arrival for the resultant work I was treated with the most respect and discussed with Michelle what they were going to do. This was followed by a relaxing drink. During my service, Michelle came out and showed me that I also needed a couple of front tyres as mine were quite low, this I authorised as they had the tyres in stock. Job done, everything explained, car washed, customer very pleased. I would like you to consider a recognition for Michelle as nothing was too much for her, exceeded expectation on customer experience. You're very lucky to have staff like this It goes without saying that I will be returning to Honda Mansfield for all my Honda's needs
