Collected my lovely new Honda jazz on Friday - I dealt with the Sales Executive from the very first phone call about the possibility of changing from my existing Honda Jazz to the new Hybrid. The Sales Executive made the whole experience excellent from start to finish. The way in which they dealt with me on the telephone to find out what I would be looking for in a new car was brilliant. So when I arrived for my appointment with them at the showroom they already had a good idea what they needed to show me and to discuss my options. The Sales Executive has an excellent customer service manner in the way in which they listened to me and answered my questions and then came up with solutions. Although on this day I couldn't complete the sale because the outcome wasn't quite right financially for me the Sales Manager contacted me and we discussed some further options which worked out better for me and the sale was agreed. This was was an excellent outcome for me. Good team work. The Sales Executive kept me up to date with the delivery of my new car. The collection of my new car was fantastic. I loved the way the Sales Executive sent me a video showing me around my car before I got there - this was great as there was a strong possibility that it was going to rain at the time I was due to collect the car. But as it happened the rain stayed away and the Sales Executive still spent valuable time with me going through the controls etc. I must say that the Sales Executive has a brilliant attitude to customers they are so welcoming, friendly with a very positive and professional manner also. All in all the whole experience was superb. Thank you and well done.
