This is the first Honda I have bought, having previously owned Toyotas. The salesman Andrew was a pleasure to deal with, he went out of his way to accommodate me. I really can't praise him enough.
When I came to collect the car tonight I was nervous, very nervous to part with my car but again he put me at ease and the way in which he surprised me with my new car was unbelievable. I would certainly recommend Andrew and Vertu Honda Newcastle to everyone I know.

We were consulted when a couple of items that needed some attention, to ask if we wished the necessary work to be carried out. This was done without any pressure or hassle. When our car was returned, the driver ensured we had received all the relevant documents.
