I arrived at Honda having had negative experiences at other dealerships. I was open to suggestions and knew more about what I didn't want in a vehicle rather than what I did. The Sales Executive was really kind and patient. They took time to listen to me and I felt nothing I asked of them was too much trouble. I explained that I didn't want to feel rushed and they were really informative without putting any pressure on me. Even though I bought a Mercedes-Benz, I won't go anywhere else now. Fantastic service from start to finish. I purchased the vehicle using you online service and it was delivered almost 400 miles to my home in South Wales. The Sales Executive who dealt with the sale throughout and could not have done any more to make the transaction simple, convenient and give me full confidence in the sale and vehicle without even seeing it. He was extremely helpful, polite and friendly and I enjoyed the experience of buying the car that may have been stressful due to the distance.
