Volkswagen racks up the perfect storage solution
Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles has launched a brand-new range of racking and storage solutions to suit all trades.
Working with some of the UK's leading aftermarket manufacturing firms, the new robust internal and external storage systems are now available from Volkswagen's dedicated Van Centre network.
In partnership with Rhino Products and Sortimo, the stylish and robust commercial vehicle products not only reflect Volkswagen's contemporary design but also provide lightweight solutions for securing loads.
The collaboration with Rhino Products has added a number of next-generation roof-rack and pipe-tube storage systems to the accessories collection. The high-tech aluminium products are up to 25 per cent lighter than steel equivalent products and come with innovative locking systems such as the SAFECLAMP and SAFESTOW designs.
Meanwhile, the Sortimo internal racking systems offer a flexible modular storage unit, which can be combined with other Sortimo products to deliver a comprehensive integrated storage offering for Caddy, Caddy Maxi or Transporter models. The fully crash-tested equipment has been developed to be hard-wearing but is lightweight to help save on fuel and reduce CO2 emissions.
The entire range has been fully tested in accordance with stringent EU safety regulations, ensuring years of dependable service.
