Just like to say that I'm delighted with my new Nissan cube I purchased from Macklin Motors in Darnley. The salesman was wonderful and very patient with me talking me through all the different gadgets in the car. I've been in a few times with queries (how does this work) feeling a bit silly but this is no problem they take the time to show me. These boys are very professional and do a great job always offering u a cup of tea. I love my car and enjoyed this experience and didn't feel under any pressure. This is the third car I've purchased and can honestly say the service at Macklin Motors was the best. I'll be popping back in as the boys are putting on my personal reg.

Everything with the car was spot on and very professionally handed over to her in fact the handover was better than most of the handovers I have had. All of the staff were courteous and smiling despite the fact they were under a great deal of pressure with the volume of cars going out. Everyone there was a credit to your company well done to all of them.

I was extremely happy with the way the Sales Executive dealt with all aspects of the sale, from the time we first came in to consider buying a Peugeot. He was knowledgeable, engaged and dealt with the whole matter in a professional and pleasant way. I did not feel at all pressured to buy. I feel I can call to ask questions about the car, even though the answers may be in the handbook. I was also pleased not to have to make the petrol station my first port of call.

We welcomed by a Sales Executive, in a friendly and courteous manner. Having explained the arrangement of the cars, he left us alone to have a good look around in our own time, for which we were very grateful. When we wanted information, he answered our questions fully and knowledgeably. He was understanding, helpful and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble. All the paperwork was explained carefully to us and at no time did we feel pressured into making hasty decisions.
