The whole experience was excellent.....everything was done by the salesman, so all I had to do was wait for delivery. I was picked from home to collect my new car, and when there was a problem the following week with the air bag icon stopping on, my car was collected and returned back to me repaired. All in all I have no complaints whatsoever and would advise anyone who is thinking of purchasing a new car to use Bristol Street Motors Redditch.
