My husband told him about my love of gadgets and he found me the perfect Fiesta (a car I have wanted for ages). He is without doubt the best car sales representative I have dealt with. In the past month I have had my car serviced and MOT'd at this dealer. Both occasions I was impressed with the efficient and pleasant staff who were professional and communicative. This is the first Ford car I have bought in 10 years and my experience has been nothing but positive.

My experience was amazing. on Monday I decided I wanted a new car, on Tuesday I test drove one with your Sales Executive, on Wednesday I signed the paperwork, and tomorrow I shall collect my brand new car! AMAZING!

My car door wouldn't close properly as the lock was loose. Once issue identified called the team, took my car straight in and was out within 40 minutes. During this time I waited in a really nice clean (warm!) area, had papers to read and TV to watch and was offered a drink. Once the car was ready I was then asked if I wanted it washed and vacuumed! Just wanted to say I am really pleased with the service that I have received today thank you to the staff for exceeding my expectations.

I cant praise you enough, not only did you sort my problem to my satisfaction, you dilvered such great service my partner bought a new car from him! I have been in several times since to fill in paper work etc and you always goes out of his way to chat and even remembers my name. I have already told friends and family about the wonderful service from this dealership and will continue to buy cars from you in the future. Once again I would like to express my thanks.
