I would like to feedback the great customer experience I had due to the service your Sales Executive offered. Throughout the process he was very professional, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Not once did I find him pushy or in my face, in fact his approach could not of been further from the impression most have of the stereotypical car salesman.

Yesterday I had my car serviced and was very impressed with the level of service and courtesy extended. However, it wasn't until I drove away that I realised what a fantastic job the person providing the complementary cleaning/valeting had done. Mine is an 11 year old Galaxy which came out looking like new, whoever cleaned the car must have worked very hard to achieve that result and I would like to say thanks for their efforts.

We'd like to commend your Sales Executive on his professionalism. He dealt with us calmly and with minimum amount of stress and time. Nothing was to much trouble and he sorted our problems most efficiently.

After our car broke down on route from a family holiday. We were in quick need of a repair. Your service Receptionist and Service Manager identified the problem quickly and even arranged for the use of a courtesy car to get us home and keep us mobile. Your Service Manager even delivered our car back to us in his spare time. This was first class service and much appreciated.

Your Sales Executive explained the whole process to us and was very patient, at no time did we ever feel that he wanted to move onto a deal with someone else, he never rushed us and we felt that we had a personal service from him.
When our car arrived he went trough all we needed to know and took the time to show us the car and how to work all the gadgets in it.
