What a pleasant surprise, never having bought a brand new car before 4 weeks ago, I had the perfect sales person I could wish for she was professional in every way possible, including a semi personal Number plate, the sales team in general could not be faulted in any way. I have just bought a Citroen Xsara Picasso from Bristol Street Motors in Derby. The workers are very nice and could not do enough for me. I recently had to have a new regulator fitted to my Renault car at your Bristol Road, Gloucester branch and I would like to say how pleased I was with the service I received. Your Service Manager was very pleasant and helpful. Everything was handled very efficiently. The repair took exactly the time stated, and as an added bonus he even arranged to have it cleaned for me! marvelous! It made what I look on as quite a chore visiting a garage quite a pleasurable experience and I would have no hesitation in recommending your services.
