I recently went into your Bromley branch on a Sunday afternoon to visit your used car sales team in search of a vehicle for myself. As it turns out I ended up getting a Ranger Pickup which I will hopefully collect tomorrow. To cut a long story short, I'd just like to thank greatly your business sales manager in Bromley used car sales team who has gone out of her way to make sure everything was perfect for me. To say the least I have been probably one the most annoying customers phoning everyday several times to check if it's ready yet or what's the status on the service etc.etc. I'd just like to bring to your attention that she has been great, super helpful and she has gone above and beyond expectations. Just to confirm that we were extremely satisfied with the service we received from your Sales Executive and other colleagues in relation to the purchase of our Peugeot 3008. Considering that we only made the decision to buy on the 12th, it was very impressive that we took delivery on the14th.

I bought my Zafira from Patricks of durham at the start of this year I had nothing but problems with breaks and gear box and leaking water it went back and forward and still not fixed they said that they was no fault and was told by the service team the car was meant to do it. Then I found out that Bristol Street Motors had taken it over and took my car to the Newcastle branch the staff were very welcoming and friendly I took my car in and your service team was very helpful my car was in for a day and found to need new discs and pads because mine were warped bad �my radiator had a crack in it so new discs and pads and new radiator were fitted under warranty I am very happy with the service a received at you garage it was so nice to have such excellent costumer service after the unhelpful way I had been treated. The staff at Bristol Street Newcastle are a real credit to Vauxhall. Many thanks.

We dealt with your Sales Executive and found him to be extremely helpful and would certainly buy from him again. Less than 48 hours later I had a problem with the car. Within the hour the General Manager came to rescue with a mechanic and a spare car should it have been needed, it wasn't an the problem was fixed within 5 mins.
