I just wanted to let you know that I was really surprised with the high levels of service that I received from the Sales Executive. In my job I constantly monitor and teach customer service for one of the UK leading airlines, and it was refreshing to see a company have the same values towards customers that I try to instil in my employees. He was able to arrange for the pick up from Grantham, and also more than happy to help with a few minor repairs on the car before we took ownership, all without the usual sales tactics and pressure. Fantastic service from start to finish. I purchased the vehicle using you online service and it was delivered almost 400 miles to my home in South Wales. The Sales Executive who dealt with the sale throughout and could not have done any more to make the transaction simple, convenient and give me full confidence in the sale and vehicle without even seeing it. He was extremely helpful, polite and friendly and I enjoyed the experience of buying the car that may have been stressful due to the distance.
