Many thanks to the team for our test drive of the new Civic Type R. What an experience!! We have already purchased 2 used Civic ES from yourselves, our second being earlier this year & we love them. Although the Type R is somewhat too much of a racing car for us, we took a good look around and have decided that 2016 will see us upgrading to something a bit more practical (in comparison to the Type R, in the form of the CRV. The team at Boston Honda are so well versed with the range and their customer service skills are second to none. After many years of disappointing motor buying experiences, we have finally found, not only a product, but a sales team that we are going to return to time and again. I cannot rate the Servicing Team at Bristol Street Motors Sunderland highly enough. I had my car serviced a couple of months ago and the service I received was exemplary. Everyone I spoke to was helpful and polite, car picked up and dropped off when promised, a full clean - the whole nine yards. This week I encountered a problem with my alarm and they have excelled again. Liaising with Tech Support at Honda they have gone through the car with a fine toothcomb. This quality is part of the reason I went back to a Honda for my latest car but the dealership here in Sunderland is superb. I would not hesitate to recommend the brand and this particular dealership to anyone. Thank you.

The staff were knowledgeable, pleasant and professional and took care of my requiremnets efficiently and effectively. Waht fabulous customer service, while my wife was with me i took a look at the used cars and was approached in the most pleasant and engaging manner and neither my wife or myself felt pressure in anyway.
