I have just bought my fourth from Vertu Honda and wouldn't go anywhere else! The service is spot on and Tobi is the most charming, likeable sales person I have ever dealt with! I am really loving my Honda Jazz. It is such fun to drive and brilliant for loading up all my golf equipment. Thank you for looking after us so well. I explained to the Sales person that I had been in Sales myself for 30 yrs + and about 15yrs at management level. I made him aware that I did not wish to be pestered for a decision, that I would be courteous enough to speak with him again before any decision was made and that I would not appreciate him calling me to see if I had made a decision. The sale was conducted the sale admirably. He respected my comments, he did not pester me but did call me with information that I had requested and was always friendly, respectful and very pleasant.

He never tried to push me for a decision but let me know he was there if we needed anything. He kept to all promises made and was an absolute credit to himself, the dealership and how I used to teach my sales staff to be with their potential customers. I would have no hesitation to recommend him to any of my family or friends. In all honesty, whilst the vehicle was the one we had decided on anyway, I think the way we were dealt with probably made up 50% of our decision.

Everyone at Vertu Honda was really helpful. Ryan in particular was good, he talked through everything and rang us, making sure everything was okay with car! I would advise anyone looking for a new car to visit Vertu Honda! I was completely satisfied with the way Ryan dealt with getting us our new car. He was pleasant and polite, and took the time to explain everything - nothing seemed too much trouble for him. He is an asset to the dealership and I would recommend to all.

After visiting Vertu Honda, it was refreshing to receive such a professional service from all of the staff. The General Manager went out of his way to make me feel welcome on my first visit, to the superb staff Charlotte and Stuart who organised the sale and the handover. Your colleague from the business sales team has been a pleasure to deal with. Although the car was purchased nearly a year ago, he has been in regular contact and when something needed sorted he has been efficient and prompt in replying to requests. A real good example of customer service that a number of other companies could learn from.
