I needed a battery change and some new windscreen wipers. My call was taken by Hannah and although you were very busy, she arranged the necessary service at a time convenient to me.

I was greeted on the telephone by Hannah with a friendly helpful, cheerful tone, repeated on my visit at the customer welcome point by Sue and again at the service desk by Bev. I must say that these three ladies are a real credit to you and themselves, they are a pleasure to deal with. They are always courteous, customer focussed, helpful and always do their best to achieve the desired outcome.

I have now dealt with your Bristol Street Motors Lincoln garage for over 8 yrs and your consistency is to be admired. This applies to all the staff that I have encountered whether they be in sales, service or the individual mechanics concerned.

PS I also have the pleasure, almost every day, of driving the best car that I have ever had.

This is my 3rd Honda CR-V and each time I've taken delivery of and driven my car I've felt that the whole dealership, driving, reliability and experience couldn't get much better, if at all.
However, I have to say that my latest CR-V and the team at Honda, Grantham have taken the whole thing to a different level: the car is superb; the team was exceptional and would easily walk away with my award for best sales team in my 48 years of driving. From the lady that rang me to book it in, to the guys on the service desk at the Dealership, I thought the overall service was fantastic.
