Thank you for your email regarding the servicing and repair of my car at Honda, Pity Me in Durham.
I have recently acquired a Honda CRV with my new company and it needed a number of repairs. This is my first Honda, having driven a Mercedes, BMW and Audi for the last ten years. I have always received good customer care with these three previous car companies and as such, I was unsure of what to expect from Honda.
I have to say that following my experience, i have been absolutely blown over by the professionalism, attention to detail, genuine helpfulness and forward thinking manner in which i was dealt. I would actually go as far as to say that the level of customer service was of a much higher standard to my previous experiences. I have listed below the key points of this experience:
1. I was greeted by Paula in the first visit, as if i had been a long standing customer. Her main aim was to make me as comfortable as possible whilst my car was being done (coffee, soft drink, seating, etc) 2. I was informed of developments constantly, nothing was a trouble and the mechanic actually came out to talk to me which has never happened before.
4. I had a lot of work to do and having turned down the opportunity to have a courtesy car, Paula took it upon herself to get me an empty office so I could work.
5. The work was carried out swiftly and efficiently and regular updates were given along with a full explantation and advice on future servicing.

I thought I should write to you, albeit somewhat belatedly, to thank you for dealing with my car. The car was returned to me on time and without the need for extra work. It has also been cleaned, which I did not expect and even smelt good inside!

Having twice been caught out with a flat battery I naturally thought that the cause was either the battery, wiring or the charging device.
It was nice to have my fears put to rest although I will of course be very wary in the future.
Please convey my thanks to all who helped me through a worrying time - right from my first telephone call to the collection of my car after
all checks and tests had been completed, - where nothing untoward was found - everyone was most courteous and helpful. The work

I should just wish to say a big "Thank You" to all the team at the above branch for their excellent customer service. As always, it is much appreciated to have our car picked up and taken to the garage and returned promptly when all the necessary work has been completed. This is very much a time and convenience 'saver' for us and more so, as our Civic car is over 8 years old, we still received first class customer service as probably would a customer buying a new car. We were consulted when a couple of items that needed some attention, to ask if we wished the necessary work to be carried out. This was done without any pressure or hassle. When our car was returned, the driver ensured we had received all the relevant documents.

I got what I wanted, at the price I wanted, and when I wanted. The sale was handled by Brent who knows knows my requirements by heart, as this is the 6th time I have dealt with him. He really is a 5* salesman.
