Firstly we would just like to say a big thank you to Estelle who greeted us at the door from the moment that we walked in. She guided us brilliantly through our whole experience of buying our first Honda. She provided lots of information that was clear and concise and she really helped us to choose what was absolutely right for us, nothing was too much trouble. She let us take out both the petrol and diesel Honda Civics for a test drive and gave us a full run down of the controls, made sure we were comfortable and gave us enough time to be sure that we could really test out both types. When discussing payments she gave us figures that were clear and had everything up front and honest. It was because of her honesty, her warm personality, her patience and her ability to bond with us that we ended up purchasing our car from Honda. I am a real stickler for good customer service and I only wish that more businesses gave the same service that she gave to us. It didn't even stop there! When we came to collect our car it was all ready for us gleaming away in the car park. We met the sales manager who began to fill in the handover paperwork with us because Estelle was busy and then when she was free he passed us over to her. Also thanks to you both for the lovely coffee! We really felt like valued customers who had been Honda VIPs for years! Thanks ever so much to you all.

I had a wonderful experience when i decided to go to the Vertu Honda dealership. Our first impressions were impressive as we were greeted with a warm welcome from the salesman Michael. He was very interested in taking his time showing me the cars and explaining all the features and benefits and also arranging for me to have a test drive of the model i had become interested in. Especially as i had arrived at the dealership without giving notice but had been passing by and decided to call in. Michael greeted my husband and i ,he was interested, polite, professional, and had a wonderful attitude. He took his time showing me the cars and also let me test drive one without prior notice. He was very courteous,and also had a good sense of humour and also showed patience. It was a pleasure to be served by him as he made it a nice experience. I will deffinately return and go back to Michael when we are ready to trade in our new car.'
