An excellent experience choosing my first ever new automatic car from HONDA Doncaster on Motability. The staff members put me at ease and was very pleasant to talk to. I looked at the Jazz and was impressed with all its features and they had the ones I was looking for. The Sales Executive took me for a test drive in one and I was nervous but he put me at ease straight away and asked if I had driven an automatic before, when I said no he said i'd pick it up really easy. Explaining the differences between manual and automatic. He went through all the paperwork with me, the colour choice and offered to pick me up to collect the car when it was ready. He kept in touch all the way through the process and collected me on the day and time as promised. When I collected the car he offered to take me for another little run in it to get use to it again. All in all it was a happy, friendly and excellent experience from start to finish. I loved the surprise unveiling of my car and cant thank or praise the sales executive and the other staff highly enough for all they did and for putting me at ease on the day. I would certainly recommend HONDA to family and friends and also to anyone on motability. I can honestly say i'm one very, very happy lady owner of a Honda Jazz 1.3 iVTEC EX

After visiting a number of car showrooms, it was like a breath of fresh air when we entered the Honda showroom! We were attended to immediately, efficiently and with the upmost professionalism, which of course resulted in a sale. All round excellent service.
