I'd just like to thank Zack who is one of the technicians at the garage. My car had started making an angry growling noise which was hard to explain. Even though he hasn't been able to witness the noise himself he didn't give up and came on a drive with me to enable him to hear the growling. He didn't laugh at my explanations and was attentive throughout. Once he'd heard the noise he quickly worked with the rest of the team to diagnose and fix the fault. Great service all round.
