I would just like to say thank you for the exceptional service I received from your staff after booking my CR-V in for a misfire. An appointment was made the same day I arrived early and was seen to within minutes, I was only there 30 minutes in that time the mechanic had test driven car diagnosed fault and applied software update which up to now seems to have solved misfire.
