I would like to say thanks to Eddie for the most wonderful Customer Service. He did far more than we expected and certainly delivered outstanding Customer Service in a difficult situation. Nothing was too much trouble and we would like to thank him for the service he gave us.

Just like to thank all the service team on the excellent service I received today on the repair of my car and don't forget the back room staff. My car came back clean in and out with a nice surprise a little selection of sweets. Very good friendly service from all well done keep up the good work.

I would like to put on record my thanks and appreciation to the service team at Newcastle Honda, not forgetting the technician who completed the work. The car is now running fine and was spotless when I picked it up. There appears to be a really good team spirit at Honda, unlike some other makers garages I have encountered, where they tend to look down theirs noses at you, not at Honda, it's warm and friendly with a very helpful attitude. From the moment you walk in the show room you are made to feel welcome and most importantly the people know their stuff and appear to be proud of what they do and who they represent, keep it up as it greatly appreciated and has been a pleasure to deal with this garage.

Last week I purchased a Honda approved used car from a dealer in Scotland. On arriving home, I realised there was a problem with the car. After speaking with the dealer in Scotland, I took the car to Honda Newcastle. I met the Service Manager and he went totally above and beyond to get my car sorted as quickly and easily as possible. I would like to pass a massive thank you to him and his team for their effort. I would definitely recommend Vertu Honda Newcastle.

I just wanted to let you know that I was really surprised with the high levels of service that I received from the Sales Executive. In my job I constantly monitor and teach customer service for one of the UK leading airlines, and it was refreshing to see a company have the same values towards customers that I try to instil in my employees. He was able to arrange for the pick up from Grantham, and also more than happy to help with a few minor repairs on the car before we took ownership, all without the usual sales tactics and pressure.
