I recently purchased a new UP, my third vehicle from this dealership and the professional customer service I received was second to none. The dedicated team show incredible attention to detail from start to finish was a lesson in how to sell vehicles and retain a strong customer base. I cannot speak too highly of the whole team. But I would also like to add that it was the exceptional service department that persuaded me to initially purchase my very first VW from yourselves some six years plus, and it will be both the servicing and the outstanding sales team that keep my business long into the future. Just over a fortnight ago I visited your Mansfield branch looking for a used Volkswagen Polo. You had nothing at that point that I was interested in. Rather than me leaving with nothing and looking elsewhere one of your salesmen spent time speaking to me and finding out all my (many) requirements. He then searched for a car matching all of these requirements and importantly matching my budget. Unfortunately The Salesman had to ring to say one I was potentially interested in had just been reserved and again knowing what I was after he again spent time and located another one for me which I liked the sound of. He reserved the car for me and had it brought to Mansfield for me to look at. I visited and checked the car which I liked and other than a couple of minor issues which he had rectified it was exactly what I was looking for, so I purchased the car which I collected yesterday. I would like to say that the Salesman gave us excellent customer service every step of the way, he was never pushy in any way, was extremely helpful also very polite and friendly. He was the reason we purchased from Volkswagen Mansfield and will visit again in the future.

The best car buying experience in 30 years the whole sales team were very friendly indeed. Especially the girl who helped us, nothing was to much trouble for her and she was very knowledgeable about the car/ She is a valuable asset and a credit to your dealership

Vertu Volkswagen Mansfield were great because their showroom is newly refurbished and well set out with plenty of vehicles available to view inside. The sales people I dealt with were both very polite and professional, they are a credit to Vertu Volkswagen and played a large part in my decision to purchase my car from there. The car was delivered in a beautifully clean condition inside and out.
