I have recently bought a new Scirocco from your dealership in Mansfield and I would like to take this opportunity to pass on my praise for the salesperson I dealt with.
I have in the past been to other manufacturers and Volkswagen showrooms to look at buying a new car and have either been ignored, or when talked to, made to feel as if I was just a simple woman who didn't know what she was talking about. I can assure you this was definitely not the case with here, as from my very first enquiry all the way through to the handover of my car, I was made to feel special. Nothing appeared to be too much trouble for him. At no time did I feel pressured into getting anything I either did not want or need, and was kept informed at all times as to how the build was going and the delivery date.
In this day and age, people are very quick to complain when things are not right, but very slow to pass on compliments when someone goes out of their way to make sure the customers experience is one to remember.
In my opinion, the sales person who i dealt is a credit to your company and I have recommended your dealership to both my friends.

They had the vehicle I wanted for my son at the most competitive price I could find within 200 miles and from this initial contact the whole buying process was handled with professional skill and efficiency. I have bought more than 20 new vehicles and I can say that without any doubt this was the most painless, open, honest and enjoyable deal I have ever done. The dealership had an honest and straightforward manner with done of the flannel which pervades the UK car trade. I have no hesitation in recommending this dealership and I am already planning my next VW purchase!
