As spring arrives, motorcyclists are once again preparing to deliver Easter eggs, toys and donations to children’s charities and community causes across the UK. Easter Egg runs are a great way to combine a passion for riding with supporting local communities.
Here are some key Easter Egg runs confirmed for 2026.
Nottinghamshire Motorcycle Easter Egg Run
Sunday 29 March 2026
Now in its 45th year, this is one of the longest-running Easter charity rides in the UK. Motorcycles, trikes and scooters are welcome, provided they are road legal. Riders are encouraged to bring Easter eggs and gifts to support disadvantaged children and families across the region. There is no fixed entry fee, but donations are welcomed.
Start location: Forest Recreation Ground, Nottingham
Arrival time: From 09:00
Ride-off: 10:00
Destination: Mansfield Fire Station
Triumph Easter Egg Run
Saturday 28 March 2026
Hosted by the Triumph Factory Visitor Experience in Hinckley, this popular ride supports children spending Easter in hospital. Supported by the Leicestershire and Rutland Blood Bikes, all motorcycle makes are welcome. Participants are encouraged to bring new Easter eggs or toys, which can also be dropped off at the Triumph 1902 Cafe ahead of the ride.

Star Bikers Charity Egg Run

The 47th annual Star Bikers Egg Run takes place in Stoke-on-Trent. The event includes a city ride-out followed by celebrations at King’s Hall. Riders are encouraged to bring Easter eggs or toys to support local families and children’s charities.

Sussex Easter Egg Run
Sunday 5 April 2026
Organised by Black Widows MCC with South Coast Mods, this coastal ride delivers Easter donations to local hospitals. All motorcycles are welcome. The event typically includes breakfast at the starting point and a scenic group ride along the Sussex coast.

Durham Easter Egg Run

This north east charity ride supports children in hospital over the Easter period. Members of our very own BMW Motorrad Sunderland dealership will be riding along with the Durham Easter Egg run. Registration is required to participate, and riders are asked to bring Easter eggs for donation.
Start location: Tesco Durham Extra
Ride-off: Around 10:00 (following registration and mustering)
Destination: Darlington Memorial Hospital and Durham University Hospital
Squires Easter Egg Run

Traditionally held at Squires Cafe in North Yorkshire, this long-standing Easter event is known for its relaxed, friendly atmosphere.
Suggested donation: £5
Open to: Riders of all experience levels

Egg Run Cornwall

This long-running charity ride starts at Davidstow Airfield in Cornwall and heads out on a scenic route of about 70 miles, raising funds for Children’s Hospice South West and local education support units. Riders are encouraged to bring Easter eggs and there’s typically a small £5 donation per bike collected for charity. Bikes of all types are welcome.
This event has been a staple on Cornwall’s motorcycling calendar for many years and attracts a strong turnout of riders each Easter.

The Berkshire Egg Run
Friday 3 April 2026
The Berkshire Egg Run is another established annual motorcycle ride taking place on Good Friday around Reading and surrounding areas. The collected Easter eggs are donated to Rotary Club efforts and the Southcote Children’s Centre for distribution across Berkshire. This ride is inclusive and suitable for riders of all bike types due to its slow, relaxed pace.
Start location: Stadium Way, Tilehurst
Route includes: Tilehurst to Emmer Green, Reading area
Meet at: 11:30
Ride-off: 12:30
