Darlington SEAT celebrates colleagues' achievements

Two colleagues at Bristol Street Motors Darlington SEAT have become qualified SEAT service advisors.

Service manager Kevin Allison and service advisor Sarah Ramsey underwent a video assessment and question and answer evaluation before being awarded official SEAT accreditation.

Area Aftersales Manager of SEAT UK, Cameron Borrett visited the dealership to present Kevin and Sarah with their certificates.

Neil Bianchi, general manager at Bristol Street Motors Seat Darlington said: "I never had any doubt that Kevin and Sarah would become qualified service advisors. They pride themselves on delivering the highest quality customer service and this official accreditation is well-deserved."

Kevin Allison said: "Both Sarah and I are proud that we can meet the high standards set by both SEAT and Bristol Street Motors.

"It is very satisfying to have our hard work recognised in this way and we look forward to welcoming many more customers to Bristol Street Motors Seat Darlington."
