James Norwood has been voted the PFA Bristol Street Motors Fans League One Player of the month for August. In a vote run by fan engagement experts, Snack Media, the Ipswich Town striker won with 48% of the vote, beating Sunderland s Chris Maguire, who finished in second place with 22%.
In the third of four divisional votes carried out over nine days via Snack s digital and social networks and supported by top flight football clubs and press, it was evident that the striker s impressive potent goal threat last month - scoring five times and registering two assists - has resonated with football fans up and down the country.
