Last week, Vertu's Jaguar Land Rover Fleet and Business Team welcomed clients from Leeds, Nelson and Bolton for a day of adventure, and networking at the iconic JLR Driving Experience in North Yorkshire.

Line of vintage Land Rover vehicles parked on grass, including a green Land Rover with a spare tyre on the bonnet and license plate SFF 983 labelled 'Heritage Experience', followed by two other Land Rovers with license plates P562 OUS and XJ LFE, showcasing classic used cars and new cars in a rural outdoor setting under an overcast sky.

The event offered the perfect environment to network, exchange ideas, and discuss what's ahead for the JLR brand. Attendees took part in conversations covering the latest innovations, product updates, and strategic developments expected over the next 12 months, making it an invaluable opportunity to align business goals and further grow our partnerships.

Then the real fun began.

Attendees had the chance to get behind the wheel of some of Land Rover's most capable models - including the unstoppable Defender - for a three-hour off-road driving adventure. Guided by professional instructors, the teams navigated a series of challenging terrains, including steep inclines, rocky trails, water crossings, low-traction surfaces, and bridge crossings.

They also were able to drive the full Range Rover, Defender & Discovery model range - testing out the full capabilities of the vehicles - including 30 degree hills side on, using hill descent modes.

The clients were also able to draw upon the expertise of Vertu Product Specialists with full demonstrations of their own vehicles, apps and technology.

The vehicles have licence plates including R562 OUS, indicating these are used cars. The setting suggests a display or gathering emphasising the appeal of both used cars and potentially new cars in the off-road or classic vehicle category.

Huge thanks to the JLR team for hosting an outstanding session, and to all the Vertu colleagues who made the journey to take part.
