This car giveaway is provided by Vertu Motors plc, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 05984855) whose registered office is at Vertu House, Fifth Avenue Business Park, Team Valley, Gateshead, Tyne & Wear, NE11 0XA, trading as Vertu (Vertu). Entrants agree to these terms and conditions (Terms and Conditions) and any information or guidance published by Vertu forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

(1) PRIZE: One (1) winner will win a brand-new Renault 5 E-Tech Electric, thanks to Vertu Motors plc )Car). In addition, the winner will also win the following prize elements, thanks to OVO Energy Ltd:
• One (1) EV charger including EV charger install (up to the combined value of £1500)
• One (1) year's Charge Anytime tariff
• One (1) pair of OVO Live tickets to a show of choice at Co-op Live
Five (5) runners up will each win a pair of OVO Live tickets to a show of choice at Co-op Live. There is no alternative prize and no elements of the prize can be exchanged for cash or any other prize.

2) PRIZE DETAILS: The Car will be registered by Vertu to the winner and cannot be registered to anyone else. 24-hour drive away insurance will be included, together with the first registration fee and the first year's road tax, but thereafter the winner will be required to tax and arrange their own insurance for the car.
The EV charger ad installation is subject to a home survey and eligibility to have an EV charger installed at the property. Charge Anytime tariff requires a compatible charger and smart meter. No cash or alternatives will be provided if the eligibility criteria are not met.
The winner will be able to select a One year Charge Anytime plan (from the plans available at the time of redemption). The tariff will be billed monthly over the year period - which can be refunded monthly using the refund code which will be supplied to the winner.
Tickets to shows at Co-op Live are subject to availability. Transport to and from the venue, accommodation and all other incidentals associated with the event, will be the responsibility of the winners and guest. In the event of the chosen event being cancelled or postponed by a performer, organiser, or the venue, OVO accepts no liability for cancellation or delay and is not obliged to make any refund or pay any compensation for associated expenditure (including but not limited to accommodation and travel.
The winner and runners up will be contacted by OVO and asked to submit 3 shows they would like to attend at the Co-op Live in 2026, in order of preference. They will then receive confirmation of their allocated show, subject to availability. All children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult if attending as a guest of a prize winner. It is up to the Winner to use their discretion to determine whether an event is suitable for children.

3) ELIGIBILITY: This car giveaway is free to enter (and no purchase is necessary) and is open to OVO customers over the age of 18 who have activated Beyond and signed up to OVO Live. Customers must use the email address associated with their OVO energy account to enter.
Employees of: (i) Vertu or its affiliates; and (ii) Vertu's advertising or promotion agencies, are not eligible to enter this car giveaway nor are members of these employees' families (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse and life partners).

4) TIMING: This car giveaway runs from 12:00 on 30 April 2026 until 23:59 on 22 June 2026 (Giveaway Deadline).

5) ENTRY: To enter you must visit www.vertumotors.com/car-giveaway/ovo-renault-5-giveaway/ and enter your details including the OVO account number before the Giveaway Deadline for your chance to win the Car. The following details are required for entry: name, email address (must be the email address associated with your OVO energy account), mobile telephone number and postcode.
Entrants may only enter once and must only enter on their own behalf. Entries will be ineligible if they are incomplete, do not meet the entry criteria, are found to be part of an attempt to enter multiple times, violate the rights of any other person or entity or are received after the Giveaway Deadline. Vertu is not responsible for any failure or inability to enter. Vertu reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who it considers (at its absolute discretion) has violated these Terms and Conditions.

6) SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNER: The winner of the Car and runners up will be chosen at random by Vertu at its absolute discretion no later than 24 June 2026. Vertu will pass the contact details of the selected winner and runners up to OVO for the purposes of verifying the eligibility of the winner and runners up at the time of entry, as well as the purpose of administering the prizes. OVO will contact the winner and runners up by email or telephone no later than 26 June. If the winner and/or runners up do not respond within 72 hours, another winner may be selected to replace them and therefore they will cease to be entitled to their prize. A mutually convenient Vertu dealership or alternative location will be agreed with the winner for the Car to be handed over, but the Car must be handed over to the winner by no later than 10 July 2026. The winner will need to complete various Vertu documents relating to the Car before handover and may be asked to provide identification and any other documents as may be necessary to prove their eligibility before they are entitled to receive the Car.
The winner and runners up will be contacted and asked to submit 3 shows they would like to attend at Co-op Live, Manchester, taking place in 2026, in order of preference. They will then receive confirmation of their allocated show, subject to availability. Once confirmed, tickets will be transferred via the Co-op Live app.
All children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult if attending as a guest of a prize winner. It is up to the Winner to use their discretion to determine whether an event is suitable for children.

7) USE OF YOUR ENTRY: The winner of the Car consents to partaking in Vertu and OVO PR/social media activity in relation to this car giveaway (including but not limited to his/her full name being made publicly available and posted on social media as the winner). Any other personal data entrants provide when entering may be used for future Vertu and any affiliated company's marketing activities only if you indicate your consent to such activity. Otherwise, this personal data will be used by Vertu and agents acting on its behalf only for the operation of, and in connection with, this car giveaway.

8) OTHER: No correspondence will be entered into regarding this car giveaway or these Terms and Conditions. In the unlikely event of a dispute, Vertu's decision shall be final. Vertu reserves the right to amend, modify, cancel or withdraw this car giveaway at any time and for any reason, without notice. Entrants in this car giveaway agree that Vertu and OVO will have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, costs, damage, disappointment or losses of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in this car giveaway. Nothing in this clause shall limit Vertu's or OVO's liability in respect of death or personal injury arising out of its own negligence or liability arising out of Vertu's or OVO's fraud.

9) SPIRIT OF THE CAR GIVEAWAY: If an entrant attempts to compromise the integrity or the legitimate operation of this car giveaway by cheating or committing fraud in any way, Vertu may seek damages from that entrant to the fullest extent permitted by law. Further, Vertu will disqualify that entrant's entry to this car giveaway and may ban the entrant from participating in any future giveaways, promotions or competitions run by Vertu or any of its affiliates.

10) LAW AND JURISDICTION: This car giveaway and these Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. Entrants irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this car giveaway and these Terms and Conditions or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims).
