We have dealt with Bristol Street Motors for many years. Starting with a Ford Capri, 2 Cortinas, 1 Escort and 3 Fiestas. We have always been satisfied. We recently decided to our car. We visited Bristol Street Motors at Stoke Ford for the first time last week, we would like to bring to your attention the fantastic treatment we received from your Used Car Sales Executive. We did not at any time feel pressured into buying anything. We were treated with the utmost kindness. Your Salesmen guided us in the right direction of which car to buy. Unfortunately you did not have the vehicle we wanted in the colour we wanted so you Sales Manager took steps to locate one at another branch. Your Sales Executive explained everything about the car we bought, so much so we felt as though we had been driving it for ages. We cant praise him enough. We will certainly recommend Bristol Street Motors and your excellent staff to our friends and relatives. We only met you Sales Executive for the first time last week. Besides being extremely satisfied for the for the time and trouble he took with us we feel as though we have made a friend for life.

I just wanted to pass on my thanks and compliments regarding a member of your team at the Bristol Street Motors Ford Shirley Used Cars Sales team. I find car buying very stressful, however I popped into the garage to have a look at my options and was assisted by Chelsea, and ended up buying a KA that day.

Chelsea was both friendly and professional and immediately put me at ease - she listened to what I wanted without making me feel stupid and was able to find me the vehicle to suit my budget.

I wanted to express my appreciation of the good service that I received from Bristol Street Motors Ford in Macclesfield when I asked them to investigate a problem with my Ford Fusion. The problem was quickly identified as a wheel bearing problem.

A replacement wheel bearing was obtained and fitted that day under warranty and I was able to collect the car as planned. Everyone that I dealt with on the day was friendly and helpful.

I would just like to let you know that I had a very positive experience of your Bristol Street Motors Ford Cheltenham branch Service Department yesterday, when they undertook a warranty job on my eight week old Ford Mondeo on which the rear LED light assembly had failed.

They were very courteous and efficient and it was a pleasure to do business with them. I will be using them for future servicing of my vehicle.

Hello, I am writing today to praise all staff at Bristol Street Motors Hartlepool, having owned my Fiesta for nearly 3 years I have had use of the garage and met staff throughout this time. Today I can say was the best visit I have had to date, all the staff we friendly, informative and helpful, they told me exactly what was going to happen to my vehicle which was in for a bonnet latch problem, I rang as it was urgent that my vehicle was ready as I had a long drive. Sarah dealt with me both times on the phone and was lovely, your lovely members of staff helped me with my problem and ensured it was dealt with promptly and professionally, this has shown me the value of good staff, especially the driver whose name I didn't catch unfortunately, and Sarah. This is an email of pure praise for the process that I was worried may take a while. Thank you and your colleagues for helping me, and dealing with my problem. This was a truly fantastic customer experience.
