We have dealt with Bristol Street Motors for many years. Starting with a Ford Capri, 2 Cortinas, 1 Escort and 3 Fiestas. We have always been satisfied. We recently decided to our car. We visited Bristol Street Motors at Stoke Ford for the first time last week, we would like to bring to your attention the fantastic treatment we received from your Used Car Sales Executive. We did not at any time feel pressured into buying anything. We were treated with the utmost kindness. Your Salesmen guided us in the right direction of which car to buy. Unfortunately you did not have the vehicle we wanted in the colour we wanted so you Sales Manager took steps to locate one at another branch. Your Sales Executive explained everything about the car we bought, so much so we felt as though we had been driving it for ages. We cant praise him enough. We will certainly recommend Bristol Street Motors and your excellent staff to our friends and relatives. We only met you Sales Executive for the first time last week. Besides being extremely satisfied for the for the time and trouble he took with us we feel as though we have made a friend for life.

I left my Ford Fiesta at your garage to have two new front tyres replaced. The tyres that have been put onto my car have made a massive difference and although I'm no expert on tyres, can see that they are good quality and I can see a noticeable difference when driving into work this morning.

When I picked my car up last night after work I was really pleased and very impressed with how my car had been looked after. It was absolutely spotless inside and out.
It was clear to see that who had carried out the job, had taken great care and effort and done a great job, it made my day.

From the day that I telephoned he was extremely helpful. A very genuine person which I appreciated when purchasing the car. I just want to say many thanks to services department on their professional manor from start to finish when servicing my car. I have had many company cars all different makes and dealt with many servicing departments over the years, I have got to say that Bristol Street Motors Ford in Crewe are the best ones so far. I have recommended to my family and friends to take their cars their which is competently priced for servicing and i will take my car their again.

I unfortunately went down a pothole which resulted in a tear in my tyre. Simon your service representative did, in my view, go over and above his basic job. He kept me informed of the sate of tyre, expected delivery date etc. He was polite and friendly and in my view a credit to you company.

I visted Bistol Street Motors and i feel i must tell you i was over the moon the way you sales staff Alex and Paul . I must say nothing was to much trouble in fact Alex was excellent, i dont usually bother doing these type of things but than yo to Alex and well done Bristol Street Motors Ford.

I would like to comment on my Mobility vehicle which was handed over to me by Lisa at BSM Ford Carville Durham. Lisa, delivered a first class service which was second to none. I was completely satisfied with the handover of my vehicle and she provided a 100 per cent service, as she did three years ago with my first mobility vehicle. Yesterday I took my Mondeo to be serviced at Bristol St Macclesfield, paying for it myself after many years running a company car.

I'd like to say what an unexpectedly good experience it was start to finish. First, your pricing is transparent - the price shown on your website was the price I paid; no hidden extras. This was not my previous experience of franchised dealerships, and very welcome. Second, the personal service I received from the people I dealt with was excellent. Third, I was made aware of the complimentary roadside assistance plan which I receive as a result of the service, and is a real bonus.

I should also mention that I was impressed I was able to book online, and that the lead time was only a few days. All in all, I'm a very happy customer, will continue to use Bristol St., and will have no hesitation in recommending you to others. Please feel free to use this commendation as you wish.
