We have dealt with Bristol Street Motors for many years. Starting with a Ford Capri, 2 Cortinas, 1 Escort and 3 Fiestas. We have always been satisfied. We recently decided to our car. We visited Bristol Street Motors at Stoke Ford for the first time last week, we would like to bring to your attention the fantastic treatment we received from your Used Car Sales Executive. We did not at any time feel pressured into buying anything. We were treated with the utmost kindness. Your Salesmen guided us in the right direction of which car to buy. Unfortunately you did not have the vehicle we wanted in the colour we wanted so you Sales Manager took steps to locate one at another branch. Your Sales Executive explained everything about the car we bought, so much so we felt as though we had been driving it for ages. We cant praise him enough. We will certainly recommend Bristol Street Motors and your excellent staff to our friends and relatives. We only met you Sales Executive for the first time last week. Besides being extremely satisfied for the for the time and trouble he took with us we feel as though we have made a friend for life.
hi- i popped in on spec this morning as my car window was stuck fully open and wouldnt close and i needed someone to look at it urgently as i couldnt leave my car until it was fixed ( albeit a temporary repair ) . The chap i approached was most understanding and helpful- although he couldnt repair it properly on the spot, he managed to get the window closed in approx 2 minutes , so at least i could carry on to work. He even found some tape to put over the window mechanism to prevent me from accidentally opening it again until its fixed properly. This has given me back some faith in big dealerships /companies which i normally associate with impersonal service and poor customer care. please pass my thanks on to him- his name was James and he is an asset to your company if he is always this helpful and sympathetic . very many thanks james

I would just like to say that we have had excellent service from your sales executive, Samuel, during our visits to the showroom to organise the purchase of a new vehicle. On one occasion when we called in to the showroom, Sam was unavailable so Michael helped us with our enquiries and he also provided us with great service. I have had two experiences with the spares department in Crewe and both times I received an excellent service. One lad in particular was really helpful, that help me with my wing mirror. The names we were given as a whole for the Department are: Ian and James There help was extremely appreciated.

We both attended Bristol Street Motors Ford Bromley late on a Saturday evening about half an hour from closing time, just to browse the vehicles and to see what was available to us as our two year option scheme was about to finish.
You approached us politely and asked if we needed any help. You did not engage us in any hard sell sales talk but calmly evaluated what our needs were and offered us relevant and informed advice and guidance.
Despite it being close to closing time we were never made to feel uncomfortable.
As a result of our preliminary enquiry, we arranged with you for a test drive in the 1 litre 125PS Focus the following day. The test drive was thorough, interesting and beneficial.
