We have dealt with Bristol Street Motors for many years. Starting with a Ford Capri, 2 Cortinas, 1 Escort and 3 Fiestas. We have always been satisfied. We recently decided to our car. We visited Bristol Street Motors at Stoke Ford for the first time last week, we would like to bring to your attention the fantastic treatment we received from your Used Car Sales Executive. We did not at any time feel pressured into buying anything. We were treated with the utmost kindness. Your Salesmen guided us in the right direction of which car to buy. Unfortunately you did not have the vehicle we wanted in the colour we wanted so you Sales Manager took steps to locate one at another branch. Your Sales Executive explained everything about the car we bought, so much so we felt as though we had been driving it for ages. We cant praise him enough. I telephoned Bristol Street Motors Durham regarding a replacement key for my Ford Focus. Debbie, Leanne and Wayne were amazing and I left with a new key shaft that works perfectly. I can't thank them enough for their help as I thought it was going to be very expensive. They seemed to go the extra mile to find a solution and I was very grateful. Thank You!

My Ford Fiesta had its first annual service yesterday and I have no complaints whatsoever.
I delivered the car at 8.00am and received a message that it was ready for collection at 10.15am.
I collected the car at 10.30 - no problems.
