We have dealt with Bristol Street Motors for many years. Starting with a Ford Capri, 2 Cortinas, 1 Escort and 3 Fiestas. We have always been satisfied. We recently decided to our car. We visited Bristol Street Motors at Stoke Ford for the first time last week, we would like to bring to your attention the fantastic treatment we received from your Used Car Sales Executive. We did not at any time feel pressured into buying anything. We were treated with the utmost kindness. Your Salesmen guided us in the right direction of which car to buy. Unfortunately you did not have the vehicle we wanted in the colour we wanted so you Sales Manager took steps to locate one at another branch. Your Sales Executive explained everything about the car we bought, so much so we felt as though we had been driving it for ages. We cant praise him enough. We will certainly recommend Bristol Street Motors and your excellent staff to our friends and relatives. We only met you Sales Executive for the first time last week. Besides being extremely satisfied for the for the time and trouble he took with us we feel as though we have made a friend for life.

I took my Ford C-Max in for its first service at Trentham Lakes and waited for it ,the staff greeted me and booked my car in and offered a drink and were very polite and helpful and the car was handed back to me washed and clean.The service was very good indeed, and the the follow up telephone call next day was very much appreciated.

I was contacted prior to my service date and agreed a date to suit my diary. I received a text once a slot had been confirmed for the service. I dropped the car off and was telephoned once it was completed. Upon collection, I was advised by Sam exactly what had been done in the service and was also advised what potential issues had been identified. Very efficient service which I would recommend.
