We visited Bristol Street Motors at Stoke Ford for the first time last week, we would like to bring to your attention the fantastic treatment we received from your Used Car Sales Executive. We did not at any time feel pressured into buying anything. We were treated with the utmost kindness. Your Salesmen guided us in the right direction of which car to buy. Unfortunately you did not have the vehicle we wanted in the colour we wanted so you Sales Manager took steps to locate one at another branch. Your Sales Executive explained everything about the car we bought, so much so we felt as though we had been driving it for ages. We cant praise him enough. We will certainly recommend Bristol Street Motors and your excellent staff to our friends and relatives. We only met you Sales Executive for the first time last week. Besides being extremely satisfied for the for the time and trouble he took with us we feel as though we have made a friend for life.

Sharon was extremely helpful to me when I was buying a new used car following a bad accident nothing was too much trouble she listened to what I wanted and gave me helpful advice I did not feel pressurised at all, and the fact that I could immediately test drive the vehicle I was interested in without making an appointment was brilliant. She was fantastic I cannot speak highly enough of her.

Alison who took us through the process and looked after me throughout the process was excellent. Happy to explain all the details as many times as required, very approachable and kind.

I bought my second hand Ford Fiesta from Bristol Street Motors, Cheltenham last week and I am very happy with it. David was incredibly helpful throughout the process and was happy to answer all my questions.

I recently bought the new Ford Fiesta Econetic from Bristol Street Motors in Redditch. This is the 4th Fiesta I have bought from them in the past few years. I received excellent service from Gavin who took the time to help me decide which model to have and was never too busy to make time to answer any questions or concerns I had. He worked extremely hard to get me the best deal possible. He was always polite and phoned several times before and after my purchase to see if I was happy with the car.

I was incredibly pleased with the help and service I received from Jim. He was helpful without being pushy, respectful to me as a lone female purchasing a car, respectful of my budget & knowing what I felt I needed (he didn't try to over sell to me something I didn't want or need). Overall a very good experience and will recommend this particular branch.

I would like to say how pleased I was with the service you and your team provided. David was extremely helpful, honest and not at all pushy. He was keen to ensure I had the right car for me. I was perhaps a bit fussy with my requirements, but not at any point was I made to feel awkward. I am very pleased with my car.
