We have dealt with Bristol Street Motors for many years. Starting with a Ford Capri, 2 Cortinas, 1 Escort and 3 Fiestas. We have always been satisfied. We recently decided to our car. We visited Bristol Street Motors at Stoke Ford for the first time last week, we would like to bring to your attention the fantastic treatment we received from your Used Car Sales Executive. We did not at any time feel pressured into buying anything. We were treated with the utmost kindness. Your Salesmen guided us in the right direction of which car to buy. Unfortunately you did not have the vehicle we wanted in the colour we wanted so you Sales Manager took steps to locate one at another branch. Your Sales Executive explained everything about the car we bought, so much so we felt as though we had been driving it for ages. We cant praise him enough. I would like to comment on the positive recent sales experience my husband and I had at Bristol St Motors Ford Stoke. We booked a test drive of the new Fiesta TDi with salesman. We were impressed by the choice of vehicle but also felt that he gave us the relevant information and we were asked about our specific preferences to enable us to select the correct model and extras. We were offered a attractive finance package and overall the sales experience was positive. I personally felt that he was professional throughout and there was no element of pressure. I decided to return to Bristol Street Motors because of the friendly service I had received at the sales office when I bought the car a year ago. I just wanted to thank you for your efforts to overcome a potential disagreement that we had regarding a part to the car which needed replacing. You explained that it was not covered by the guarantee and so I decided not to have the part replaced. I was delighted when a few minutes later you rang back having spoken to colleagues with the news that Bristol Street was prepared to do the job gratis.
