We have dealt with Bristol Street Motors for many years. Starting with a Ford Capri, 2 Cortinas, 1 Escort and 3 Fiestas. We have always been satisfied. We recently decided to our car. We visited Bristol Street Motors at Stoke Ford for the first time last week, we would like to bring to your attention the fantastic treatment we received from your Used Car Sales Executive. We did not at any time feel pressured into buying anything. We were treated with the utmost kindness. Your Salesmen guided us in the right direction of which car to buy. Unfortunately you did not have the vehicle we wanted in the colour we wanted so you Sales Manager took steps to locate one at another branch. I booked my car in for repairs to the central locking on my car. I just wanted to say what excellent service I received from the Service Department and the two drivers who very kindly collected and delivered my car back to me washed and vacuumed.

I would like to thank the body repair team for their efficient and friendly service during my recent body repair, they were all excellent from reception to the body shop. The repair was completed with little fuss and worry. Thank you.

The Sales Executive were very flexible and conscientious by coming in on their day off so I could have the car on a specific day, and showed great patience on showing me how all the interior buttons worked. His knowledge of the car was extensive. Thanks once again.
