We have dealt with Bristol Street Motors for many years. Starting with a Ford Capri, 2 Cortinas, 1 Escort and 3 Fiestas. We have always been satisfied. We recently decided to our car. We visited Bristol Street Motors at Stoke Ford for the first time last week, we would like to bring to your attention the fantastic treatment we received from your Used Car Sales Executive. We did not at any time feel pressured into buying anything. We were treated with the utmost kindness. Your Salesmen guided us in the right direction of which car to buy. Unfortunately you did not have the vehicle we wanted in the colour we wanted so you Sales Manager took steps to locate one at another branch. Your Sales Executive explained everything about the car we bought, so much so we felt as though we had been driving it for ages. We cant praise him enough. We will certainly recommend Bristol Street Motors and your excellent staff to our friends and relatives. We only met you Sales Executive for the first time last week. Besides being extremely satisfied for the for the time and trouble he took with us we feel as though we have made a friend for life.

From the moment that I made contact with Ford regarding a new car through motability the service was very efficient. The Sales Executive was very courteous and helpful. As a female I hate going into male dominated environments. However, I was ushered to an area where I parked safely and then treated like an important customer. I want to make you aware of how pleased we have been to have dealt with your Sales Executive. We have found her to be very approachable, friendly and intelligent with (importantly) a good sense of humour. Throughout our dealings with her she has made us feel like valued customers and nothing has been too much trouble. I am not the easiest customer but Sales Executive dealt with me very well indeed. One thing in particular that we liked was her honesty and openness. When we asked her something that she did not know she told us she would find out and come back to us, which she duly did. We found that to be very refreshing and a pleasant change from the waffle that sales people often come out with. Staff were excellent. Any concerns or queries were never to much for him, and no pressure sales tactics. We really like the fact that our car can be picked up for servicing & dropped back to us. We also greatly appreciated the phone calls to check that everything was OK. The car is lovely to drive & everyone enjoys traveling in the car. it's a real pleasure to deal with courteous & professional people unlike mainstream sales & servicing that we have experienced before from other car makers. We would definitely recommend to family & friends.
